Shipping Policy —

We are committed to providing you with a seamless, worry-free shipping experience. Atelier Terrell offers free standard shipping on most items, US nationwide*. The only pieces excluded from free shipping are oversized, heavy, or specialty items that require special handling and care — these ship via scheduled freight at an additional cost.

*Nationwide shipping excludes HI, AK, PR, GU

Shipping Options —

• Standard Shipping (Free): Most items ship free via our network of trusted carriers. The specific carrier for your order will be selected based on the most reliable and efficient option available at the time of shipping.
• Freight Shipping (Oversized/Specialty Items): For oversized and heavy pieces, Atelier Terrell offers scheduled freight delivery. Freight deliveries typically take between 7-10 business days to arrive. Please note that freight delivery requires a delivery appointment and a signature upon delivery. We currently offer the following freight service:
  • Threshold - Inside delivery through main entry
  • White Glove - Inside delivery to the location of your choice, unpack and debris removal. This also includes a two man team.

Shipping Times —

• Standard shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier selected.
• Freight shipping times will be communicated to you at the time of purchase, as they can vary based on the nature and destination of the shipment.

Tracking Your Order —

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Costs —

• Standard shipping is free on most items. Freight shipping costs for oversized, heavy, or specialty items are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Local Pickup Options —

• Limited local pick up options may be available.

Buyer Protection —

We want you to love your piece. Because each item in our collection is one-of-a-kind and hand-selected, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind or style/fit preference once your order has shipped — but if something arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll always make it right.

In the rare case of undisclosed damage or a piece materially different from its listing description, we may accept a return at our discretion under the following terms:

• Written request required: You must submit your request in writing to info@atelierterrell.com within 5 business days of delivery, including your order number, photos, and a clear explanation of the issue.
• Restocking fee: Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
• Refund timing: Refunds are processed only after the returned piece has been delivered to and inspected by Atelier Terrell, to confirm it matches the condition it was shipped in.
• Shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, including any freight or White Glove return fees for oversized items.
• Freight/specialty items: Given the cost and complexity of return freight, we strongly encourage buyers to review freight item details, photos, and dimensions carefully prior to purchase.
• Condition on return: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unaltered and with all original packaging where applicable.

Approval of a return is at Atelier Terrell's sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

Damages + Issues —

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect their pieces upon receipt to notice any damage incurred during transit. We are not responsible for any damages incurred after items leave our manufacturer or warehouse where applicable. Nevertheless, please document any signs of transit damage and contact us immediately at info@atelierterrell.com so that we may file claims with the responsible carrier.
