Risk of Lead, Asbestos & Other Hazards in Vintage Goods

Vintage and antique items may contain materials historically used in manufacturing, including but not limited to lead and asbestos.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Such items may contain hazardous materials.
• You are responsible for safe handling, testing, and professional evaluation before refurbishment or use.
• We disclaim liability for any exposure, injury, or damages related to hazardous materials found in goods purchased from us.

Section 6 — Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and update this information as needed.

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders placed with the same customer account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address. If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

Our items are sold as-is with age and wear typical of vintage and antique goods.

Inspect items upon delivery. If transit damage occurs, document it immediately and contact: info@atelierterrell.com. We will assist in filing relevant carrier claims but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Section 11 — Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

Some items are custom-made, and variations in size, texture, color, and finish may occur. Lead times are estimates and may vary.

Buyer is responsible for measuring delivery paths and intended placement to ensure items fit.

Section 12 — Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to violating intellectual property rights, spreading malware, spamming, scraping, or circumventing security features.

We may terminate your access for violation of these prohibitions.

Section 13 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. Products and the Service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

These Terms and any agreements for Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
