Sourced in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, France
Crafted using the iconic steam-bent beech technique pioneered by Thonet, these chairs were produced by Fischel in the 1930s. Founded in 1871 by David Gabriel Fischel, the company became one of Europe’s leading bentwood chairmakers, with production spanning Germany and later Alsace, France.
This set features the classic elegant silhouette, warm patina, and character expected of true vintage bentwood pieces. These two beautiful pieces are sold as a set.
